Agincourt Osteopathic Clinic

Coronavirus (COVID-19)

We would like to reassure all of our current and future patients that we have taken steps to ensure the ongoing safety and well-being of our patients here at the clinic in the context of the current Coronavirus (COVID-19) situation.

Based on the latest Public Health Wales advice, we have put enhanced health and safety measures into place in addition to our already robust hygiene procedures.

In order to maintain these measures we have ensured a minimum of 15 minute gaps between clients, therefore, ensuring there will only be one patient at a time in the clinic.

Any patients suffering from fever/elevated temperature, however mild, and/or new cough/headache/flu symptoms are asked to please schedule their appointments for a future date; please refer to guidance for symptoms and action from Welsh Government (COVID-19) and UK Government (COVID-19) .

Furthermore, due to the nature of osteopathic treatment, all patients over 65 years of age and any with relevant pre-existing or underlying medical conditions will be given a full phone consultation before an emergency appointment can be booked.

The clinic will remain open to those who are under the age of 65, are fit and healthy, and who have no relevant underlying medical conditions which might make them particularly vulnerable to COVID-19.

Please note, that while the clinic has done everything it can to mitigate the risk of the transmission of Covid-19, there is no way to do this completely. All patients should keep this in mind when booking their appointments, especially if they are over 65, have any underlying conditions, or have dependents and/or share a household with anyone who meets these criteria.

If you have any questions please feel free to contact the clinic using the ‘Contact Us' tab above.
