PRE -CONCEPTUAL AND FERTILITY CARE

Are you planning a family?

Then you and your partner want to be in the best of health.

   foresight

The pre-conceptual approach of the Foresight programme - in which Claire and her daughter Hannah are trained - can help with overcoming the following issues that are connected with this:

  • Miscarriage.
  • Infertility.
  • Subfertility.
  • Birth defects.
  • Post natal depression.
  • Low sperm count.
  • Learning problems in offspring.
  • Eczema.
  • Asthma.
  • Low birth weight.
  • Premature birth.
  • Feeding difficulties.

The above conditions can often be prevented or, at least, improved, through naturopathic approaches. These include:

  • Assesing hair minerals and adjusting mineral input.
  • Improving nutrition.
  • Treating allergies.
  • Treating Candida infection.
  • Improving absorption of nutrients.
  • Treating gut infections.
  • Discouraging the use of cigarettes, alcohol and drugs.
  • Avoiding geopathic stress.
  • Optimising the structure and function of the body using osteopathy.

THE AIMS OF THIS APPROACH

At the Agincourt Clinic we take a broad yet thorough approach, so that your baby has every chance of being born in perfect health.

We embrace 2 plans of action:

  1. To secure optimum health and nutritional balance in both partners before conception.
  2. To follow this advice through to help the developing child in the family setting.

SO YOU WANT TO HAVE A HEALTHY BABY?baby

IN  THE UK TODAY:

  • 1 in 6 couples are infertile;
  • 1 in 4 pregnancies ends in miscarriage;
  • 1 baby in 17 is malformed;
  • 1 baby in 4 has learning difficulties.

BUT THERE IS HOPE!

With this programme:

  • 78.4% of infertile couples have babies (compared to 22.6% undergoing IVF);
  • 47.1% of  couples combining this programme with IVF have healthy babies;
  • Only 3.5% of these pregnancies end in miscarriage - comparred to 25% NHS figures;
  • Only 0.47% of  these babies are malformed - compared to NHS figures of 6%.

These benefits are coupled with the positive effect on the parents' health, helping them cope better with a family.

Claire and Hannah believe this approach should be taught to all prospective parents.
